Position: Corporate Administrator| Business Process Solutions Department
Our Business Process Solutions department is seeking to recruit dynamic and reliable corporate administrator to join us at the level of Assistant to Supervising Senior, in our Limassol/Nicosia Office.

The Team
Our Business Process Solutions (BPS) practice helps local and international businesses through their daily interaction to enhance their performance and efficiency through their services which include amongst others the following:
- Financial Accounting and Operations
- Payroll and related services
- Tax compliance and reporting
- Formation of Companies, Partnerships and Trusts
- Corporate Secretarial and compliance support
- Company Administration
- CFO and Operate Support Services
- PMO Services
The Role
The successful candidate will be part of our established team which provides corporate and administration services to local and international clients. Key responsibilities of the position include, among others:
- Work closely with the team and in-house lawyer of the firm for the review, preparation and execution of various corporate secretarial documents including board minutes, agreements, instrument of shares, share certificates, statutory registers
- Organize and assist with board meetings, including preparation of agendas and distribution of meeting materials
- Provide support on legal, regulatory and other matters to our clients and the department
- Liaising with the Registrar of Companies/other authorities in Cyprus and abroad and arranging for the filing of various forms
- Preparation of Annual General Meetings and HE32
- Company formations mainly of Cyprus companies
- Maintain various records and files
- Perform any administrative/secretarial day-to-day tasks for the maintenance of existing companies
- Act as the point of contact and having direct communication with the clients
- Any other tasks which are ancillary to the above
- Dealing with ongoing banking requirements of the client
- Preparation and execution of bank account application forms.
Additionally, in this role, the successful candidate is expected to act as an individual contributor, delivering high quality work with guidance from senior team members.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in a similar position in the corporate sector or any other related field, including practical experience in corporate secretarial administration
- Law or Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or any other related field will be considered as an advantage. Good knowledge of the Companies law and the Registrar of Companies procedures and filings
- Understanding of compliance regulations
- Strong administrative skills
- Fluent in English and Greek language. Any other language will be considered as an advantage.

- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Professional discipline, high level of integrity and strong work ethic
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
